Come with us to see the “Little sister” of Santorini … the island Thirassia.Discover the island that 3600 years ago was separated from Santorini by one of the strongest volcanic explosions ever happened on earth…Thirassia literally means “little Thira”, with its 250 inhabitants is one of the less populated islands of Europe.
 

The Tender boat takes us from Ammoudi to Korfos Port of Thirassia, where donkeys are already waiting to help us climb up to the traditional Greek village of Manolas.
At the top we will have a short coffee break to enjoy the view over the volcano. Walking through the village will take us back to Greece, untouched by the tourism.

We will discover a hidden cave house village, destroyed by an earthquake in 1956 and a 200 years old church, where we will end the day with a nice barbeque enjoying the beautiful sunset.
